| ADULT |
Wingspan - 35 - 55mm. This is an easily identifiable sexually dimorphic species with the overall size being quite distinct. The male (Fig 1) has a yellow thorax, long grey wings that are striped black at the basal edge. The female has yellow wings that have two dark brown spots on each. |

Attracted to light, sugar and flowers. |

Coastal areas with plenty of lichens. |
