Burnished Brass

DESCRIPTION: Green with powdery white markings throughout. Slightly hairy and found through the day within a leaf bound with silk. FOODPLANT: Night feeding on Stinging Nettle as well as other Nettles, Burdock, Spear Thistle and Spear-Mint. SEASON: September and April.
