FRUIT BODY 1 - 3 cm fruiting body with a chestnut-tan inner and outer surface that starts off cup shaped and eventually flattens out into a disc-like specimen.
GILLS/PORES N/A
FLESH Brittle, tasteless and odourless.
SPORES Hyaline, smooth, elliptical with small oil droplets at each end.
HABITAT Found growing on the tubers of Wood Anemone and less so Lesser Celandine.
SEASON Uncommon.  Spring.
EDIBILITY Inedible. r
