DESCRIPTION
The small gall wasp Neuroterus quercusbaccarum is the cause of this cushion-like gall that is falttened in appearance. Yellow --greenish with reddish bristles the gall can be up to 5mm in diameter.
DISTRIBUTION Common throughout.
HABITAT On oak leaves.
