DESCRIPTION Height up to 60cm. The greenish-white flowers are found in loose clusters of 10 - 40 and sit atop a strong stem that arises from a pair of bluish-green basal leaves. The central petal is long and tipped with green. The scent is strong and the white flowers show up well in dull light 2 factors that attract night pollinators.
DISTRIBUTION More common to Southern Britain.
HABITAT Woods, heaths and grassland.
FLOWERING TIME May to July.
